Who we are
No Cred Sheds offers storage sheds in Washington on a rent-to-own plan. Questions about these terms: call or text 360-968-4503 (text us).
Rent-to-own basics
Rent-to-own lets you rent a shed with an option to own it under a written agreement. Your agreement will state the shed, the list price, the monthly payment, the 60-month plan length used for your quote, and what happens if a payment is missed. Read the signed agreement — it controls over this page if there is ever a conflict.
No credit check and approval
No credit check is required to apply. That is not a promise of approval. To apply, you must provide a valid ID, proof of income or bank information, proof of residence, and a deposit or first payment. We review every application, and approval is not promised for anyone.
Deposit and first payment
A deposit or first payment is due before delivery. The exact amount for your shed will be confirmed in writing before you sign. Do not send anyone a payment through a channel we have not confirmed on your call.
Prices and monthly estimates
List prices and monthly amounts shown on this site are estimates for Washington shoppers until confirmed in writing. An estimated Washington monthly payment is figured from the list price with plan adjustments, added fees, and tax, then spread across the 60-month plan. Your confirmed payment may differ if you change the shed, options, delivery address, or other terms before signing.
Delivery fees
Delivery is available in Washington. A delivery fee applies to Washington deliveries and depends on your delivery address and site conditions. We will confirm the delivery fee for your address before you order. We do not promise delivery at no charge.
Site readiness
You are responsible for a clear, reachable spot for the shed, any permits or approvals your property requires, and telling us about gates, slopes, soft ground, or other limits before delivery day. If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is not ready, added scheduling or handling terms in your agreement may apply.
Options, colors, and photos
Door, window, shelving, workbench, and color choices will be confirmed before you order. Photos on this site show examples for shopping help. Your shed will be built or selected to the size, style, and confirmed options in your paperwork.
Warranty
Ask about current warranty coverage when you call — coverage will be confirmed in writing before you sign. Keep your signed paperwork for any later coverage questions.
Payments, late amounts, and ownership
Your agreement will explain due dates, any late amounts, care duties, move or resale limits, and when ownership passes. Until ownership passes under the agreement, the shed remains subject to its terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version in your signed paperwork is the version that applies to your order.
